NCSY/JSU Event Refund Policy 

1. If a teen cancels their registration for an NCSY/JSU event before February 25, they will receive a full refund.
2. If a teen cancels their registration for an NCSY/JSU event after February 25, no refund will be issued.
3. You have 7 days from the day you register to pay in full or set up a payment plan.

The only way to cancel an event registration is to email tristate@ncsy.org. Notifying a chapter advisor, city director, or local NCSY/JSU employee or staff member is not sufficient and no refund will be given in such cases.  

All refunds will be processed in the way payment was received. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the close of the event.
